Tamron 28-300mm with Vibraton Control

Today, Tamron has joined Nikon, Canon and Sigma in offering lenses with Image Stabilization, though I don't know why they're offering it in a 28-300mm full-frame lens. Yes, you need IS* to shoot 300mm f/6.3 in anywhere but inside the sun, but that focal range isn't very useful on DX-sized cameras (trust me, I had to use one for years) and anyone who has a full-framed camera these days is going to want and need a much better lens than a 3rd party superzoom.
